Oral presentations
Timing: All presentation time slots in the program include 5 minutes for questions. Contributed talks should be prepared for 20 minutes (20+5), and invited presentations for 25 minutes (25+5).
Format & Uploads: The audio-visual system at Monte Rosa 91 is Windows-based. Please prepare your presentation in either PDF or PowerPoint (.pptx) format and upload it to the website—if you use a Mac it is advisable to opt for the PDF option, if possible. Please use the form below to upload, by the previous day.
AV Testing: You will have the opportunity to test your files on the local AV system during lunch and coffee breaks. If you are presenting on Monday morning, please test your presentation during Sunday’s welcome reception or arrive early on Monday morning.
Online Publishing: Presentation files can be made available to the participants on the conference website (in a restricted page), subject to author consent (see the form below).
Poster presentations
Schedule: The poster session will take place on Tuesday, September 15th, starting at approximately 18:30. Please plan to be at your board to discuss your work with other participants.
Dimensions: Please print your poster in standard A0 vertical/portrait format.
Setup: Poster boards will be available in the foyer at the entrance of the Lecture Hall, where the coffee breaks are held.
Display Duration: You can hang your poster at any time starting from Sunday’s welcome reception. We aim to keep all posters on display until the end of the conference.
Online Publishing: If you wish to make your poster available to the participants through the conference website (in a restricted page), you can upload a PDF version via the form below.
